Pressure Cooker Swedish Meatballs

Quick and easy Pressure Cooker Swedish Meatballs. Can serve as appetizers with toothpicks or on top of egg noodles, rice or potatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds (32 ounces) meatballs, frozen
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients, except for sour cream, to pressure cooker and lock lid. Set the cooker on high and cook for 7 min.
Perform a quick release of pressure. Remove lid and stir in the sour cream until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
