Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
- 2-3 cups black beans (drained)
- 1 medium can corn (optional)
- rice
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in crock pot.
Cover with black beans, salsa, and pineapple.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
(Add optional corn 30 minutes before end>)
Once chicken is done, you can shred or chop and add it back to the sauce.
Serve over rice.
