Ingredients
- 16 Chips AHOY Cookies
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 (4 serving size) package Jello-O Chocolate Instant Pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Crush cookies in resealable plastic bag unil fine crumbs form. Mix 1 1/2 cups of crumbs with powdered sugar and butter. Press mixture firmly onto bottom and sides of 9" pie pan to form crust. Save remaining crumbs for garnish. Add milk to pudding mix and beat 2 minutes. Gently, fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Top with reserved cookie crumbs just before serving.
