Ingredients
- 1 (16.6-ounce) bag Oreo Cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips
- 12 ounces Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cover a large cookie sheet with foil.
Crush all of the Oreos in a plastic bag or in a food processor until fine.
Mix thoroughly with cream cheese in a large bowl. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Melt both bags of chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and put them on the cookie sheet to harden. Refrigerate.
