Ingredients
- 3/4 c. bread flour
- 3/4 c. cake flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 t. salt
- 2 T. dry milk
- 3 t. baking powder
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350; line muffin tray with paper liners
Sift flour, sugar, salt, dry milk, and baking powder together. Add shortening and blend lumps.
Combine egg whites and water (do NOT whip)
Add all ingredients together.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake 20-25 minutes
