Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 8 gingersnap cookies
  • 1 (7/8 ounce) envelope brown gravy mix
  • 2 -3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast or 2 -3 lbs boneless bottom round roast

Put all the ingredients, except the roast, in your slow-cooker.

Mix well.

Add the roast and stir well to coat it.

Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 5 hours
