Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen hash browns (Ore Ida w/ peppers & onions)
- 1 package of bacon (cooked)
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- Sharp cheddar
- 1 cup Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Using a 9 X 13 pan cover bottom with 1 bag of frozen hash browns and add salt and pepper to taste. Layer mushrooms next. Add a layer of crisped cooked bacon next. Combine milk and eggs and beat together. Pour over top of casserole mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
