  • 1 bag of frozen hash browns (Ore Ida w/ peppers & onions)
  • 1 package of bacon (cooked)
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Using a 9 X 13 pan cover bottom with 1 bag of frozen hash browns and add salt and pepper to taste. Layer mushrooms next. Add a layer of crisped cooked bacon next. Combine milk and eggs and beat together. Pour over top of casserole mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
