Ingredients
- 6 oz. orange juice or 1 peeled orange & added water that would approx 6 oz.
- 6 oz. Greek yogurt
- 3 oz. ice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Touch of vanilla
- 6 oz. frozen blueberries
- 2 generous handfuls of kale (roughly 6 oz.)
Preparation
Step 1
If using an orange, put the orange and water in the vitamix and combine. Then add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. It should be nice and thick. Makes 1 large serving.
