Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Graham cracker Pie crust
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 pack (6oz) semi-sweet choc. chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. whipped topping

Step 1
In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over milk. Let stand 1 min. Stir over low heat til gelatin is dissolved, about 5 min. Add choco and continue cooking, stirring constantly til choco melts. Stir in vanilla. Chill 1 hr. stirring occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped by spoon. Fold in whipped topping. Turn into crust and chill 3-4 hours.
