Ingredients
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1 lb. fresh string beans
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a sauté pan add olive oil and heat. Add the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the onions are tender and translucent. Lower the heat and add the garlic. Add the beans and stock. Cover and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes. Green beans should be very tender.
