- 2 4 oz cans of chopped green chili peppers.
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 tblsp chopped jalepeno
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
