Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 - 8 Bone-in Country Style Ribs
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in electric skillet at 350. Brown Ribs. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. When ribs are browned nicely pour sauce over meat cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours at 212 or until tender and meat is glazed. (Turning occasionly)
