Ingredients
- 480 ml (2 cups) brown rice, steamed
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) shredded carrots, steamed
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) chopped broccoli, steamed
- 5 ml (1 tsp) sunflower oil
- 220 g (1/2 pound) ground beef
- 5 ml (1 tsp) garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the beef and garlic in a medium sized pan. Add the steamed vegies and rice. Sort into appropriate portion size and freeze.
