  • 250 ml mayonaise
  • 1/4 t surlemoensap
  • sout
  • peper
  • rooi kleursel
  • 250 ml room
  • 1 E hoogvol gelatien opgelos in 1/4K warm water (LW gooi gelatien bo-op water, roer tot gesmelt)

Step 1

Maak salm fyn. Klop room half dik. Voeg room, salm, mayonaise, suurlemoensap, sout, peper bymekaar. roer gelatien by en meng goed. Giet in geoliede vorm en laat stol. Keer uit op slaaiblare en garneer met olywe vir oe, tamatie vir stert/bek.
