Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup flaked cooked crab meat, drained
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, cut into small pieces
- 40 frozen phyllo cups, thawed
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Sliced almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Blend the cream cheese, milk, horseradish, butter, wine, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Fold in the crab meat, scallions and shrimp. Fill the phyllo cups with the seafood mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the cheese and almonds. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
