Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 1/2 bag cleaned spinach
• 1-2 eggs, hard boiled and cooled
• bacon bits
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• DRESSING
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 6 tbsp salad oil
• 2 tbsp cider or red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1

Mix salad ingredients into a large bow. Mix dresssing ingredients together and pour over salad.
