  • 1 E kerrie
  • 227 g pynappel en stroop
  • 1 klein soet rissie gekap
  • 2 E blatjang
  • 1 blokkie beesaftreksel
  • 1/2 t sout

Voeg kerrie en meel by vleis en braai nog 5 min. Plaas alles saam in slow cooker en kook 30 min op hoog of 5H op laag.
