Ingredients

1 to 2 # scallops
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1/2 pt heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and mix with crumbs.

Grease casserole dish.

Layer alternately scallops and crumbs, ending with crumbs.

Pour heavy cream over above.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
