Easy and tasty appetizer! Baked pastry cups filled with Rotel, bacon bits, shredded Swiss cheese and a lil mayo. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages filo pastry cups, thawed
  • 1 can rotel, drained (almost all the way)
  • 1 bag Hormel bacon bits
  • 1 cup Swiss, shredded
  • 1 cup mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients and scoop evenly into cups. Cook at 350°F for 15 min.
