Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 loaf french bread

Combine the eggs, cream, orange juice, ornage zest and vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Pour ito a shallow baking dish. Cut the bread into 1-inch slices and arrange in the dish, turning to coat well. Chill, covered, for 8 hours or longer. Remove bread slices to a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup or fruit.
