- 2 Pkg. Yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 cups sifted flour, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cubed Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in water. In large mixing bowl - cream margarine and sugar. Stir in eggs and yeast. Add 2 cups flour and the salt and beat well with mixer. Add remaining flour -beat with spoon until smooth - add cheeses. Stir again. Dough is sticky. Let rise in warm place (until double). Spoon into greased tube pan - let rise again.
Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
