Ingredients
- 2 blackberries
- 5 raspberries
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters
- Moët & Chandon NV Rosé
- Imperial Champagne, or other rosé sparkling wine, to top
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing glass muddle the berries with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add the bitters. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain the mixture into chilled stemware and top with the Champagne.
