Ingredients
- 2 8oz balls mozzarella
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 green onions
- 1 sprig basil
- 1 packet Dry Italian Dressing
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
prepare Italian dressing substituting lime juice for water. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Thinly slice mozzarella, tomatoes and onions. Layer on a platter.
Drizzle the dressing over top and sprinkle with green onions and basil. Serve with fresh bread.
