  • 1/4 K botter, gesmelt
  • 2 eiers
  • 1 K suiker
  • 65 ml rooibostee
  • 1 K bruismeel
  • 385 g blik peerhalwes
  • 1 K suiker
  • 125 ml rooibostee
  • 10 ml room
  • 5 ml vanilje essens

Step 1

Verroom eiers en suiker, en voeg die rooibostee en botter by. Voeg meel by en meng tot glad. Giet in 18x18 cm bak. Rangskik peerhalwes op deeg en bak in 180C vir 25-30 min.

Vir sous:
Meng suiker, tee en room in potjie. Kook en roer totdat suiker smelt. Voeg essens by. Giet oor die warm koek.
