Kook rys volgens aanwysings. Braai hoender en wortels in 'n pan 3-4 min. Voeg roosmaryn by, kook tot hoender gaar is. Roer marmelade in asook mosert, knoffel en peper. Kook 3 min saam en voeg rys by en meng saam.
