Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry pie shell
- 2 C (16 or 17oz can) canned pumpkin
- 1 1/3 C (15oz can) Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
In large size mixing bowl blend together all ingredients. Turn mixture into pie shell. Bake in 357*F oven until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
