Ingredients
- 1 # red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 8 ozs. baby carrots
- 1 8 oz pkg presliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion, cut into 1" wedges through the core
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 3 # beef chuck roast
- 1 14 oz can reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 10 oz. can mushroom gravy
- 1 1.5 oz. packet slow cooker beef stew seasoning mix

Preparation
Step 1
1) In a 5 pt. slow cooker, combine potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onion and celery.
Place roast on top of vegetables
2) In a med. bowl, stir together beef broth, gravy, and beef stew seasoning mix.
Pour over roast.
3) Cover and cook on low head setting for 8-10 hours
