Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, cubed
- 1 qt milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/4 C milk
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain. Add milk and beat thoroughly. Season to taste.
Work butter into flour and add egg and milk. Drop by tsp. into hot milk. Cover saucepan and cook about 10 minutes.
