Ingredients
- 2 - 4 oz jars apricot baby food
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 113 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients using a blender, mixer or the steel knife of a food processor. Refrigerate leftovers, they keep indefinitely. This sauce IS also good with spareribs or chicken.
