Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fish fillets, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Dash pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons enriched flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup top milk
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley OVEN 350°

Step 1

OVEN 350°
Cut fillets in serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish; sprinkle with salt, pep¬per, paprika, and lemon juice.
Make white sauce of butter, flour, season-ings, and milk; pour over fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
