Spinach salad

This recipe comes from aunt Betty. The first time I had it was in 1976. We would have this for dinner with porkchops with the bone in as a side. One of our favorite meals

Ingredients

  • 1 package spinach greens washed and stems removed
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1/4 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together salad dressing, sugar and vinegar and make sure sugar is dissolved.
Toss dressing with other ingredients and serve.
