Fruit Cobbler

This is a basic cobbler and any fruit or combination of fruit can be used.

Ingredients
- 3 Pints of fruit - hulled and quartered- Any fresh fruit or combination is OK. Strawberry/blue berry is good.
- 1 Cup sugar - divided
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 3/4 Cups of flour
- 1 Tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Cups milk
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. butter - melted

Step 1
In a bowl combine the fruit and add 1/3 cup of sugar, corn starch, mix and
set a side for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients, flour-sugar-baking powder-salt & mix well.
In a third large bowl - stir in the egg, milk,vanilla,& melted butter.
to this bowl add the dry ingredients, mix well.
In 6 - 6oz ramekins divide the fruit and top with spoonful's of the batter mix.
Bake - 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and serve.
