Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbspn flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 C corn syrup
  • 1/2 C dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 C melted butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c broken or whole pecans
  • 1 deep unbaked 9" pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, flour and salt together
Add syrup, sugar and butter
Sprinkle pecans evenly in the bottom of pie shell
Dribble with syrup mixture
Bake @ 400 for 15 - 20 mins
Reduce to 325 and bake for 35 mins
