  • 1 pound(s) uncooked red potato(es), Cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 tsps.olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan-romano cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup(s) panko breadcrumbs
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 475 degrees
Combine potatoes and olive oil in a medium bowl, tossing to coat. Combine breadcrumbs in a large zip-top plastic bag, add potatoes and toss to coat.
Place potatoes on jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray,discard remaining breadcrumbs.
Bake at 475 degrees for 20 mins. or until browned and crispy.
