Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 sweet onion, chopped in chunks
- 2 lemons
- 2-4 Tbs. olive oil
- 2-3 Tbs. Herbes de Provence
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Salt and pepper the inside of the bird. Place chopped onion inside the bird. Place bird in crockpot.
Brush outside of bird with olive oil, both sides. Sprinkle Herbes de Provence all over chicken and rub into skin. Cut lemons in half and squeeze juice over chicken. Cook bird on high for 6 hours. Enjoy!
