Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/4 C butter, soft
  • 3 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, soft
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened cond milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 t van x
  • 1 (21 oz) can comstock fruit filling (any flavor)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300. Mix crumbs, sugar & butter. Press equal portions into bottoms of 24 lightly greased or paper cup-lined muffin cups. In large mix, beat cheese til fluffy. Gradually beat in milk til smooth. Add eggs & van x. Mix well. Spoon mixture into cups. Bake 20 mins or til set. Cool. Refrig. Top w/ filling before serving.
-Can also, melt 1 C semi-sweet choco and add to batter for choco cheese cakes.
