  • As many links of Luling City Market sausage as desired
  • Yellow mustard
  • Jeff's Original Rub

Preparation

Step 1

Rub links with a thin coat of yellow (hot dog) mustard.
Sprinkle on Jeff’s original rub all around each link.
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Smoke for 45 minutes to an hour bringing internal temp to 160 degrees. (Use internal thermometer)
Do not over cook or sausage will be dry, but bring internal temp up to 160 degrees.
