Ingredients
- 24 caramels
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Cook caramels and milk together until melted and smooth. Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter. Place half in 8" pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over base and pour the melted caramel mixture over. Add the rest of the base mixture over top and bake for 20-25 minutes more.
