Salted Caramel Coconut Macaroon (from Terry)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 6 Tbsp salted butter (1/4 c + 1/8 c)
  • 11 oz Kraft caramels (40)
  • 4 cups coconut
  • 4 oz chocolate, melted
  • sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt first 3 ingredients. Add coconut. Shape into balls and let cool. Dip bottoms in chocolate. Drizzle with more chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
