Paneer Naan

Paneer Naan is Indian flat bread cooked in oven or tandoor & stuffed with panner.

Ingredients
- For naan:
- 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Butter as required
- Salt to taste
- For stuffing:
- 2 cups grated cottage cheese (paneer)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Pepper powder to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the ingredients of stuffing & keep aside.
2. Sieve fine flour, soda, baking powder together thrice to ensure even
mixing.
3. Transfer to the mixing bowl, make a hole in center.
4. Pour milk, sugar, salt, curd in it, mix after a minute softly to make a
dough. Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
5. Now make medium sized balls of it, dust it with the flour.
6. Roll into thick chapati, place stuffing in center & close it well. Dust
& roll gently.
7. Coat naan with butter & place them in a preheated oven for 10-15 mins.
You can use a pan/tava also.
8. Keep an eye on the naan when in oven. Half way through brush them with
butter again.
9. After naan is baked, it should become golden brown color on top.
10. Serve hot.
