Ingredients
- 1 cup pre-cooked chicken (can be replaced with steak)
- 4 cups pre-cooked white long grain rice
- 1 egg
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup carrots
- 12 stalks of scallions
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp oyster sauce
- salt, pepper, garlic powder (if desired)

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg and keep in separate bowl. Chop onions and scallions and put in a separate bowl. Chop up the vegetables and put in separate bowl. Chop meat and keep in separate bowl. Measure rice and sauce and keep separate in their own bowls.
Heat wok on high with about 2 tbs of oil. Once wok begins to smoke, add egg and beat immediately with a wooden spoon. Once the egg is to the scrambled egg consistency, add onions and scallions and continue to mix thoroughly until onions are softening. Add vegetables and meat (add or subtract any vegetables and add and/or replace meat as desired) and mix thoroughly until they begin to cook. Add rice. Mix everything together. Add sauces and mix together until all ingredients have been incorporated. Serve.
