Ingredients
- 1 LB Hamburger
- 2 Medium Onions
- 2 Cups Diced Celery
- 1 Cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1/8 Cup Soy Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown Hamburger with Onions and Celery then drain.
Place hamburger, onions, celery, rice, boiling water and soy sauce in a roaster.
Place in oven for 1 hour at 350.
