Ingredients

  • 2 fluid ounces light rum
  • 1 fluid ounce dark rum
  • 1 fluid ounce orange liqueur
  • 1 fluid ounce sour mix
  • 1 fluid ounce cream of coconut
  • 2 dashes grenadine
  • top with pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

* Fill tall glass with ice, add first 5 ingredients then top off with pineapple juice. Shake thoroughly.

* Add a dash or two of grenadine, stir gently and then listen to the sound of the warm Carribean breezes flowing through the palm trees.

** Makes 2 drinks.
