Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all the ingredients together until they form a mush like mixture.

2. Put a little filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper.

3. Use your finger to put a little bit of water on the bottom of the wrapper and the bottom half of the two sides.

4. Fold the top of the wrapper over onto the bottom. It is important to make sure the sides and bottom are sealed well.

5. Using your thumb to keep the filling in its place you will fold it over once again, but without pinching the top and the bottom this time.

6. With the thumb used to keep the top and bottom separated use any remaining fingers that feel comfortable to wrap the top layer around. In other words, take the top left piece and wrap it around clockwise or to the right. Then take the top right piece and wrap it around counter-clockwise or to the left. These two pieces will meet in the middle of the top and create a semi-circle.
