Ingredients
- 4 -6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. Dr. Pepper
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 T brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper chicken and arrange in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Mix together 1/2 cup of Dr. Pepper, 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup of ketchup.
Pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
