Ingredients
- Notes:
- 1 lb. ground turkey (original recipe was for beef)
- 1 onion, chopped (or used minced onions and onion powder)
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or use cream of mushroom if your hubby doesn't hate it).
- 1 can corn, drained
- Small brick of Velveeta, cut into cubes (or grated part-skim cheese of choice)
- 1 Bag Frozen Tater Tots
- Use cut up ham or turkey ham instead of ground turkey.
- Use other veggie of choice (frozen ok too)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown turkey and onion together then drain.
3. Spread ,meat mixture in bottom of a casserole dish.
4. Layer soup, corn, Velveeta, and tater tots.
5. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until tater tots are golden brown.
