LUBY'S BAKED FISH ALMONDINE

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP PANCO BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/4 CUP TOASTED SLICED ALMONDS
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 3 TBL MELTED MARGARINE
  • 2 FISH FILLETS
  • 1/4 CUP FLOUR
  • 2/3 CUP MAYO

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT TO 350. COMBINE CRUMBS, ALMONDS, SALT AND BUTTER. COAT FISH IN FLOUR PUT IN BAKING DISH. SPREAD MAYO ON TOP AND SPRINKLE CRUMBLY STUFF ON TOP. BAKE 20 MINUTES.
