Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add cream cheese and garlic, stirring with wire whisk until smooth.
Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan, garlic salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Toss with favorite hot pasta.
