Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves, freshly chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
