Electric Skillet Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
• 1 lb. ground beef or sausage, cooked
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1 can drained mushrooms
• 1 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Let dough thaw and double in size.

Cook meat onions together.

Line skillet with aluminum foil. Butter hands generously; press dough into bottom of skillet. Spread sauce on surface of dough. Spread cooked meat and onions over sauce. Sprinkle seasonings over this. Top with cheese. Cover skillet and close vents.

Set at 350 degrees. Bake until dough is set, about 30 minutes.
